"I wanted to say how impressed we are with the high level of craftsmanship in your company. I inspected work for years on condominium building envelope jobs, participated activity in construction of a previous home, and my father was a home builder and fine carpenter. So I know quality when I see it.

The concrete, framing, and roofing work was all very well done. We are now into windows, siding, and vapour barrier work which is a finer level of detail as you know. I find no flaws in the work that has been done. Window and door detail flashing is great. When I inspected today I found the siding work excellent and the caulking work deserves special mention. I have never seen better. I often had to have it redone on jobs I inspected. The vapour barrier sealing is exceptionally thorough.

I especially appreciate Tyson. I have worked with numerous project managers and he is among the best. He has excellent attention to details and hasn't missed anything that I can think of. He knows his job well. His people skills are also excellent. Without casting myself too poorly, he has remained good natured and professional while offering fair solutions to my numerous concerns. He even helped design our kitchen cabinet arrangement.

We certainly appreciated Anita's assistance with colour choices, which went beyond the norm!

So we're looking forward to the rest of the project with more ease and relaxation knowing the work is being done so well.
